What Happens When Unactivated Pass Expires?
The Disney Annual pass is to be activated within 1 year of its purchase or else the pass expires, once the pass expires one cannot make any reservations under that pass and all the existing reservations will automatically get canceled. There is no refund policy for an unactivated expired pass, so one cannot redeem the amount paid for the pass in form of any other goods or services. What if my Annual Pass gets lost or stolen?
If your Annual Pass is stolen or lost it is recommended to report the situation immediately, however, the pass holder concern desk advises that if the lost pass is activated, the pass can be replaced by just giving you valid ID details and other information about the pass at any guest serving windows. The replacement of the lost pass is not chargeable.
